Purchased for a SIG SAUER Whiskey 3 3-9x40mm Scope and fit the objective lens perfectly. The lens measures 47.36mm in diameter and the 47mm cap fit snug without struggling to put it on. Nothing fancy but seems well made and a good value. Particularly if you need two like I did.

39 mm perfectly fits (snugly, won't fall off) my Simmons 22 MAG 3-9x32mm scope. Has a nice snap closure, and opens instantly when I pressure its opening tab. The plastic is thick enough to convince me that it wll last a long time. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I got a great deal on a Tactical red dot sight with no caps, and searched for flip-up caps to fit the sight. Many places online were selling the caps for about twice what these caps cost, so I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised with my purchase.I measured the outside diameter of the sight tube with calipers and it came to 1.534" which converts to 38.96mm, so I ordered 39mm caps, hoping they wouldn't be too loose. They fit perfectly, very snug to where they won't come off, but not so snug that they have to be forced on. They are nowhere near loose enough to rattle off during use. Very tight fit but still easy to push on, all the way on to the end of the cap.There is no button to press to open the cap, you just pull it back with a couple of tabs on the cap to open it up, the spring holds it open very well and out of the way. However, the cover caps stay closed by simply press fitting over a ridge on the cap body, and there is a corresponding groove in the cap lid. They stay shut tightly now, but I can envision that after opening and closing them numerous times, the ridge may wear down a bit and the lid may not stay closed as well as it does now. However, for the price, that's not a concern. I don't plan to open the covers but a few times a year, so they should last a long time.For the price this is a good deal.
