This cover fits tighter and is easier to remove than the original one that came with the sight. The original is now the spare. Great product.

Lost my stock Vortex cover while spot stalking a turkey. Tried several replacements that fit so poorly they either wouldn't go on or wouldn't stay on the sight. This one fits snugly and comes off easily. Actually prefer it to the stock Vortex cover, it's thicker and fits better = better protection during storage, transport, or during long pauses in the blind.

I use this cover when transporting or cleaning the firearm to protect the glass. Perfect fit. Flexible to absorb impact. Great added layer of protection. Would definitely again!

The Vortex-supplied cover is a disappointing fit for the Vortex Venom. I have two and they both can only sit two-thirds of the way down. They fall off readily. This Dream Plastics cover is far superior. Now I am confident of protection and a cover which stays on.

It’s for vortex venom but it fits my vortex viper perfect. I thought I was going to have to send back but it’s a good snug fit.

I'm using this on a TruGlow red dot on my Glock 19. Dummy me, I had a big clean up project and the original cover wound up going out with the trash. My original goal was modest to just be able to use it while I was cleaning the pistol. This has worked out great and it stays on even while I'm wearing the pistol as my concealed carry.It's staying on the pistol nicely and it's keeping all my dry skin flakes off the lens of the optic. To top it all off, I got two :)
