I've had several items from other manufacturers come damaged because of poor packaging. These ZIF sockets are in a VERY nice hard plastic container. But unfortunately mine came with all the pins on one side bent slightly - it really looked like the person that packed them in the plastic was rushed when they inserted them into the case. Again - VERY nice purpose built packaging, but rushed in the packing . . . otherwise 5 stars.

Arrived in good packaging, all pins had continuity on them, with near 0 ohm resistance. It's a good Ziff socket, and shipped in packaging that protects the legs properly. Not much else to say but exactly what I ordered in proper condition.

Perfect for IC testing; no force on legs, thus no problem with bending or breaking them in repeated use.
