I was looking for something to protect the plugs of some Xmas lights that will stay mounted year-round but not lighted. These did the trick, now they're not as snug as I thought they'd be, but I was planning on putting the plugs in a bag as well, so they did just fine. The zip ties are a nice touch so you can secure the protectors to the cable.

This double-pack of covers are stretchy and include zip ties for a secure installation. I added one to the block heater cord of my pickup to prevent dust, wind, and moisture from damaging the plug. The black cover helped to hide the copper prongs for a nicer, more finished look at the grill area. It has an easy two minute install. Excellent product for the money. Its a winner!

This is a set of four electrical plug covers. The set also includes four zip ties to help keep the covers attached to the cord. The rubber-like covers snuggly fit over a standard 120V three prong plug. The covers will help protect the plug from weather, dirt and grime. The cover has a long flexible stem that wraps around the plug's cord to keep it from getting lost. The black covers will help lengthen the plug's service life. I plan to use these on the power plug to my truck's block heater. The cover will help keep the snow, salt and grime from falling and corroding the plug's prongs.Would recommend these to anyone.
