Used these in a hot water recirculating loop for freeze protection in my shop bath. They work well.

Heavy and solidly built brass valves. Purchased the wrong size, but adapted them to fit my needs. The valve seats perfectly and prevents any back-flow. Using them for pumping harvested rain water. Pump pressure opens valve. Once pump stops, the valve shuts. Would purchase again!

They work as advertised / was worried about the valves leaking because similar ones listed on Amazon due / and will not hold pressure... So far, I haven't had any issues with these running 30 psi / much better than purchasing $70 ones from my local pluming shop.

I have purchased several of these check valves from different vendors that have come with overly deep cut threads. The male pipe will bottom out before the threads seat requiring way too much tape to keep them from leaking. The ones I purchased here have the correct threads so they will work and not leak saving me time and headaches.

These valves are very solid, well made, clean and install like they should (which is easily). For the money, these are a great buy even if you only need one right away. Something like this is great to have around for when something changes. Good product.
