So far these have been great whips. Nice and bright! There are a lot of choices for colors and patterns which makes you stand out in the crowd. I have them tied into my turn signals and brakes which is pretty nice. My only complaint is that the quick release collars can be a pain to use after riding in dusty areas, but that is just more of an inconvenience.

Update: Contacted the company, they tried troubleshooting with me, but that did not fix the issue. When they figured out it was a problem with the lights, they sent me another set. No issues on my end. Amazon wanted me to pay to send the broken ones back, contacted company and it costs me nothing out of pocket. Did not even have to send the broken ones back. Great customer service!Old review: Only half of both whips light up. Tried different settings, still nothing on the top of either bar. Now Amazon wants me to pay for a box and use my gas to go ship this thing back! Not happy at all with this purchase! If seller or Amazon makes this right without a dime coming out of my pocket, I will be more than happy to change my review, but until then..I stick by what I say.

Bought in March one whip has two straps out already and the bottom lights that do light up on the other strips don't work right. Other than that they are OK, not as bright as other whips. Will not buy again.
