Well they seem like a quality product, but the issue I ran into is you can not install them under the rocker or against the pinch weld under the rocker if you have a 2017 Ram with OEM running boards. The 3 mounting brackets are right in the way and there's not a good way to mount the strip due to the thickness of the strip. If the silicone cover was thinner, then it would squeeze in between the mount and the mounting area. I tried multiple ways to get it in there. I even went as far to buy a couple of 1/2" Aluminum U channel to mount it in and screw the U channel to the running board mounts. But the running board mounts are at a slight angle and only low flying aircraft would see them since they would point in an upward angle.Nut there's just no clearance between the running board mounts and the pinch weld. It's too bad because these are the correct length for an extended cab too! Says they are 70" ling, but actually more like 72".My no means am I saying they are s bad light strip. They just don't work for my application due to clearance.I did apply power to them and the brightness was very good. I can't speak on the installation or how well the adhesive is.Wiring would have been a breeze since on a 2017 Ram 1500 you can poke a tiny hole in the floor grommet (located on the underside of the driver and passenger footwell) and run the wire to each kicker panel inside and then tap into the puddle light and turn signal light wiring right there. I also believe the parking light is there too. You'll just need to use your test light to pin out each wire. One other thing... they do NOT supply any adhesion promoter to make it stick better. If you want that, you'll have to go to the auto parts store and get that.

Even with my father's assistance, couldn't get the white to work intially... but after some switching wires to the headlights... trial and error- bingo.I love them. I love the bright side leds for the sierra. Visibility of seeing the sides of the road on skinny lanes.Docked 1 star for setup being unclear. But more likely- operator error and lack of knowing how to wire an aftermarket led to another aftermarket led headlight assembly... lol

Lights are great! Installed and connected to my running lights on the back of the bed. All works well until I start my truck. The running lights will flicker a few times and then shuts off until I start my truck again and then it repeats. When taking connection off one side everything is good to go. It makes no sense unless one light strip is faulty. I would like to get the strip replaced if possible. I don't have a problem with the lights themselves. I have an issue with one of the strip lights.

I installed them and as soon as I got done the passenger side quite working and I checked the wiring and it’s not that, the led stripe was junk.

These were doing great when I first got them and now one of them goes just White and it only goes yellow when I turn the turn signal on. I know they're wired right because both sides were yellow like they're supposed to be. I don't know and some of the LED lights are going out in the driver side I don't know more cheap junk I guess
