It was hard for me to find some inserts that worked for my medela pump. These are amazing so much more different than other inserts. They are super flexible and don’t hurt at all. Very easy to clean!

Works well so far, decently easy to insert. I would use coconut or olive oil inside them once inserted so your nips don’t get fiction burn & be sore

I got this insert for my spectra pump. It goes inside a 24 flange. It didn’t feel bad for me unlike some of the other reviewers but definitely softened more up over time
