Looked to be the exact part that was in my grinding tool. Fit was perfect and it works as designed. Just make sure to add some grease when installing. Nothing is mentioned in package to wipe with grease from time to time.

Perfect fit. Replaces the original cable. I used a bit of high temp grease when I installed it.Hopefully this one will last. The original cable broke pretty quickly. I love that they ship 2 cables. At least I have a spare on hand now too.

These were not the advertised length, about an inch short, making them useless for a Foredom flex shaft. Unfortunately I missed the return window.

I have both a 1/3 HP and 1/4 HP rotary tool and these fit both of them I like the fact they are one piece and I do not have to buy an adapter and the shaft I have used it without problems after breaking both of my original shafts and I just bought two extra in case I break one of these two great not to have to deal with exploded views with tiny part numbers

I wanted a flex shaft core that would fit the Harbor Freight 40432 Flex Shaft Grinder/Carver. I broke the shaft on mine (totally my fault) but when I called Harvor Freight they told me that they do not stock the replacement part. After carefully measuring the length and the ID of the coupler of the broken one, I decided to try this one which fits perfectly.

I use my power carver every day and love it. The quality of the motor is fantastic so it is good to always have an extra flex shaft.

Replacement not as well made as original Foredom Shaft but worked seemed shorter than the original shaft
