I got this because my phone has the set down charge option and I can't use a pop socket. I am super impressed with how easy it is to use.It doesn't have adhesive so you just slide ot in your phone case before you put your phone in it. It's holds in place really well.The material so far is super sturdy, flexible, and does not prevent charging. I have a lanyard hooked to mine but it would also work with a simple wrist strap. It has multiple.colors so even if you have a clear case it works well and blends in pretty good.

Only had these for a day but as soon as I opened the pack and figured out what was goin on I felt like I found my missing piece! 1st off, there's no glue so I was a little confused and concerned but as soon as I put my phone in the case and it locked into place I was astounded! Not only does it work as advertised, but it FEELS like it's not gonna tear up! It's tough! Rugged! AND I can charge without removing it! I'll be back with updates later but like I said, I think this is what I been lookin for!**I found the flaw! The metal pieces are not complete loops and can detach with enough movement! I completely lost my tether because of this! Just be cautious of that!

This actually has adhesive to attach the whatever it is called the phone or whatever you are attaching. I used it to attach my kindle to a tether so I don't lose it behind the bed.

Was using this tether attached to a lanyard tied around my wrist while on the train, someone tried swiping the phone (why) and failed, it was pretty embarrassing
