These were slightly wider than I'd planned. We had a screen frame break and I was planning on inserting 2 of these inside the aluminum frame but without grinding them they wouldn't fit. Also comes with wood screws which I used and once seated, I ground the ends of so they don't snag anything or anyone. Worked well for my purpose. Should be plenty stout for a wooden project.

My senior girl wasn't able to groom herself as usual & got some matted fur. This comb worked great. Definitely recommend. Watched some YouTube videos to use it properly.

While the listing claims stainless the packaging only claims steel and given the price I would have been quite surprised if they were actually stainless.They seem to be a decently plated steel which was about the best you could hope for.This means they will rust from where the teeth are inserted into body if left wet for long period of time or exposed to harsh chemicals.I was prepared for these to be complete junk.The only notable shortcoming is that the teeth are slightly irregular which is more than just a cosmetic issue as it affects the way they feel in your hand. Despite the being perfectly usable tools I won't be buying more because of this.I use combs like these to clean paintbrushes, comb my dog's loose fur out in the shower, & comb my own hair. These should be able to do any of those tasks.

These combs work on burrs and sticks on the dog's fur. She doesn't seem to hate these as much as the brush.

Worked fine until it bent. Value for money is fine but didn’t get out tangles as well as we needed.
