It works flawlessly for my Tracker versatrack system. So much better than drilling holes in the boat. And they hold my rods securely when trolling.

Good, strong, and works perfectly. Only complaint is with me being lazy... I got to take them off for the cover. But they are easy to take off. But I will be getting more shortly.

The rod holders were extremely simple to install on my Tracker boat. The bolt heads that slide into the track needed zero modifications, and once tightened down remain tight, sturdy and do not move. The units have the upright position as well as a 90 degree slot as well. Within those 2 holes, the holder can rotate in a 360° fashion and then tilt the rod tip up and down. With this I can set rods in a flat position for crappie fishing, or a 45° for trolling. The rod holder itself has a rotating ring around the body that locker the rod and reel in to keep your investments in the boat. The rotating 'star' pivot point is a little tight from the get go, but does get easier to use after several trips. The price is a little high, but not having to modify or jerry rig them is nice.

Seems like nothing fits G3 rails. I have a 2016 Gator Tough Jon 186. Supplied bolts wouldn’t fit but for $3.48 per rod holder I was able to buy similar bolts with smaller heads. Very happy with the results. Included a pic of the bolts side by side.

These are very strong and sturdy…they hold up to some heavy trolling in the big water, with big baits.I tiny bit of lube will definitely help with the first few adjustments that you need, as they have tight/firm fits.The only thing I would suggest is, if using in your tracker-versatrac system, either get/find the T-bolts! OR just know, since they use the round head carriage bolts for mounting, the only way in/out when taking them off or putting on, is to slide them all the way to one of the round ports/access holes…not always ideal if you have other attachments that you want to stay in place and/or if you have a Bimini top! Other than that, excellent rod holders!
