Fits nicely beside the monitor and gives you easily accessible USB ports. Doesn’t have the highest quality sound but for a computer, it is fine.

I have this on my work PC and it is not the best. I still use it but the USB ports don't work. The sounds cuts in and out ALL OF THE TIME!! I will replace it at some point for a better quality one but as long as your PC has a speaker it won't mess up your meetings. The mic is good as I have not had anybody say they can't hear me and i do love not having headphones on during a Teams call. UPDATE! The company reached out to me after my review here and offered to replace the item with the newer model. I accepted their offer and they sent a new one already. I have not received it yet but I wanted to update this review to make sure I document the excellent customer service! So if nothing else you will get that with these products!

I plugged it in and forgot it was there. Recently I had a Microsoft Teams meeting which means I usually have to disconnect the laptop from it's docking station, turn it around, open it and then I can hear and use the microphone. Not this time. I was able to participate in the meeting without having to adjust anything.The additional usb ports have also been useful attaching flash drives quickly and conveniently.

This is a wonderful product. Great sound quality. It is a great alternative to having to wear a headset or earbuds. Works great for virtual meetings and watching online video content. Built-in microphone feature works fabulously.

Plugged in and windows recognized right away but mic quality is terrible and the speaker is worse than a small laptop. Slightly disappointed

I liked it when it worked - and people on zoom meetings said my voice was clear. But it doesn't always work - it would sometimes just "disconnect" and I would have to unplug and plug back in. Or sometimes I would get messages saying a device was causing bad audio and I would have to unplug it. I'd say it worked 70% of the time, but the 30% when it doesn't was annoying enough that I don't bother with it anymore.
