I bought these when I realized we no longer have one of these can openers in our kitchen, and it really is necessary. I bought the set of 3 to have one for the house, one for the RV, & the 3rd for the bar drawer. It's great to have an extra for camping or just to have an extra. I love the magnet, so we do not take up precious storage space, especially in the RV.

They do not open bottles. Just keeps sliding off the edge of bottle cap. Will probably return them. Love that they are magnetic, but would not recommend you purchase these.

It was cheap - and it sort of works.The rounded end is too shallow on all 3 of these - it doesn't have a gap wide enough to reach under the bottle cap. So the regular "bottle opener" end of these is completely worthless due to poor quality control or a design failure.But, luckily, the gap at the pointy end is large enough that it can be used as a bottle opener; just be careful not to poke a hole in your bottle cap.I wouldn't bother returning it since half of it works... but overall disappointed. Better off buying the paint can/bottle openers from the local hardware store.I haven't tried to see if it would properly puncture/open a can yet.

The tips/openers are oversized and do do fit well on bottles and cans.
