Trying to help others from making the same mistake. These are cheap, but not very good for purpose or well finished. The sizing is not correct it says .98 inches but 2 of 3 were like .87 and none were close to .98. The thickness of the handle grip was small, maybe for a kids' hammer or small specialty hammer it might work. I bought a sledge hammer handle with wedges for $7.54 that did a much better job fixing my hammer.

Just basic hammer handles. It was exactly what I needed for a homemade shop mallet.I am keeping the others for handle replacement as needed.

This company states hand made, oak and there will be some variation in size. Some tolerance would be understandable, but 1 to 2+ 10ths of an inch IS NOT acceptable and I returned them. These handles would have been shorter a little if they hit the mark they said, but being a bit narrower, it shortened the handle way too much.
