I was surprised how good these are! Very sturdy well made, fit the sink drain perfectly, and the holes are the right size for preventing too much food getting stuck. The flat bottom is very functional, drains easily.

This is a great quality strainer. We live in the country and have a septic system. This strainer looks really clean, doesn’t get gummy, or dull-looking ever. More importantly, it does a very good job at catching bits and pieces that would head down the drain. My only negative comment is that you do have to empty it out frequently, because, who wants to see crap in the strainer. Highly recommend, and this curmudgeon is tight with fives.

The sink strainer does exactly what it's supposed to - strain items. The holes are smaller than my last one, but allow all the water to flow down the plus without any issues or water backup.
