If your rescue 8 ATE your best line it's time to replace not polish unless you want the old one as an emergency back-up... because you never DO know~! I have several of these and they work like a charm. The Dog Ears are great if you need to lock-out yourself of a rescuee... amazing how their confidence increases when they see how easy it is to NOT move... Affordable gear that's irreplicable.

New to saddle hunting and trying to not spend so much. Got this to descend trees. So far it works great and is holding up. I weigh 240lbs and always use a back up prusik in case something goes wrong.
