I like these leaders a lot. I was using them specifically for gar. The length was pretty good, but if you wanna be a little more careful, get longer length. I did have a larger gar still manage to get to my line and break off. Most of the gar i did catch were in the 4ft range, so i would say anything bigger than 4ft may need about 24 inches to be on the safe side......the leaders are extremely durable and ive never had one to be broken. I definitely recommend getting some. The price is right, and the product is great!!!!

Used for catfishing on a few different trips so far and they definitely hold up. We'll worth the money and better than basic mono leaders.

I couldn't find these fishing wire leaders in any sporting stores. Have not used items yet, but they are exactly what I was looking for.

I had been loosing big cats to 20 lb leaders. I caught 2 last weekend over 10 lbs. I like them

They tend to stay bent. But other than that they're super strong.
