I guess it’s a personal thing, I wanted to use this to better fit my cowboy hat, these are way too thick for my use, my local boot barn has the stuff I’m looking for. This is working well for my kid and the hats he wants to wear.

Not much to these, just foam strips with adhesive on one side. Works great for hats if they are a bit too big. Just stick one of the foam pads under the head band and get the fit you want. We all know that sizes vary on hats so this helps with those inconsistencies. The adhesive keeps the foam in place, but is easy to remove if desired. Cheap and easy fix to the frustrations of having a hat that is too large for your melon.

I love these hats, sizers as most hats do not fit my head, but once I insert the sizers they fit perfect. They’re easy to install in the hat. There is usually a band around the inside, and I just flip it down, put the sizer against the hat and then flip the band up.

I've used other hat-sizing tape in the past, that had a less dense form. These a still, and don't 'give, so they won't 'adjust' as well as the softer tapes.

I got a really good deal on a LA Dodger Saint Patricks Day hat and was really excited when it arrived....only to discover that it's a bit too big. Ugh. I was heartbroken. Since it isn't adjustable in any way, I started looking for ideas that might help to make it fit. Someone recommended hat tap, which I honestly didn't even know was a thing. Off to Amazon I went!I saw this 30 piece set for a really great price and ordered right away. They arrived quickly and I couldn't wait to try it out. I won't go as far as saying it's a miracle, but I am able to wear the hat now. The only issue I have is that it's kinda noticeable on the outside. I can see the outline of the tape on one side. My husband says he can't really see it unless I point it out so I guess I shouldn't worry about it and just be happy that it's made it possible to wear my pride and joy of a hat purchase. I'll go with that.

These really worked well for me on my baseball caps. I started with one filler in the back and that was enough for one my caps. A few of my caps needed three and one required four. Now my caps fit properly and no longer float down over my eyes. Yay!!
