Ok folks. If you are one of homes near you are causing RF this is the one to buy. It is a mix of # 31 which will do a great job at stopping freq. above 100mhz. As to the Hams out there, don't even think about getting anything that is not mix 31 = >1 mhz to 1 mhz to

Excellent product !I bought ferrite chokes from multiple sources here on Amazon. These were the 1st I tried of them all and they worked so amazingly, didn't even need to open the rest. I had installed an HF mobile ham radio and antenna in my truck. I used a remote mount head at the dash, and the radio under the back seat of my truck. CW or Morse code worked fine but then I tried using the mic (with the included remote mount kits extension cord for it) I had such bad RFI that I could hear the radios internal transmit / receive relay chattering like crazy when I attempted to transmit and talk and other receiving stations said my audio was incredibly bad. After I ordered, received and tried these RF chokes on the mic cable, the problem was completely gone. I really only needed one at the radio end, but decided to put one at the mic end as well. Then a couple more on the antennas feedline Incase I decide to run an amp in the truck later. I'm actually here to buy more to put in my ham radio toolbox just to have some of these beauties for later, should I need them. These surely worked for me. Nice to resolve my issue so easily. Have fun !

New microwave kept freezing WiFi Firestick video streams. Two of these on the microwave end of the power cord kept enough RF off the power lines that the WiFi is now affected less frequently.

Second order, first order one choke was missing one half ferrite, prompt refund! Told to keep the incomplete unit. Placed a second order and surprise, the missing half was included in the package!!!!!Thanks.

these mix 31 RF chokes stop noise & lower my S-units & hash noise in my HF radio just amazing how good they work. put on the coax at radio input and it stops RF from coming down the coax shielding((use at least 5 for coax to get the recommended 2000 ohms suppression)) and you can put them at Antenna end to, I like taking them out of it plastic shell and using shrink wrap and a heat gun for a nice look and that way you can get them close together for coax.. Wrap wall wart wire several times to increase suppression put it on computer power cord & its speakers wall wart to stop Switching power supply hash noise and cell phone chargers or any little wall wart switching power supply to stop hash noise in you power lines. make sure you follow direction to get the most out of them. There is different sizes RF Mix 31 chokes They Work.

I bought these to keep RF from my HAM radios out of my security camera system. They did not help at all. They may work for VHF or UHF but they did not work for HF frequencies.

It seemed well made,I used it for common mode noise on an HF antenna..It made no change but I don't think common mode is my problem..
