Strong and held up all winter while left outside! It's pretty strong as well and doesn't buckle under the weight of what you're picking up. The teeth of the grabber are nice as well and it seems very sturdy in its construction. I'd recommend!

I'm updating this review. Although the product was a bust, the customer service from the company has moved my one star to a 4 star rating. I opened a return process. The seller immediately advised me it was not nessary to return the item. Then they immediately issued a full refund! I had an old one with a broken scoop so I savage the missing parts from the old one and the new scooper works great. I like the length of this scooper, because my very tall. But the one they sent be was not fully completed. The hinge pins for the jaws were missing, making them inoperable!

This works great. I am tall and I don’t have to lean over to scoop. This picks up and releases easily. I spend less then 10 minutes every couple of days picking up behind my dogs. Works better on older poo. That way there isn’t a mess.

This gets hard on your hand . It doesn't go inside the claw so it takes you multiple tries to get the same pile due to a piece stopping the claw from closing. The claw doesn't close all the way you have to snap the handle to get anything

I haven't used it yet. Because my yard is frozen. But the quality is excellent! I'm very happy with this. Would highly recommend!

Este invento es genial. Una recoge cacas de 80 cm de largo y no tienes que agachar al suelo para recoger las cacas de tu mascota.Merece la pena.
