I wanted a long screw with threads most of the way up the shank, as in the picture. In fact, the thread only went up a few inches - less than half way. Not worth returning, but not what I needed

Not even the right size. Hillman hardware is a RIP off anyway. I'd rather have Nucor or even Fastenal.
