Would have payed extra for the exact part as orginal, but did not want to wait a week to get them. Took a chance on these, and so far they are as good or better, and a little cheaper. Put on a 7000 Kohler engine, that a mouse snacked on.

I got the ignition coil installed OK, but the little tab that connects to the wiring harness must be bent slightly to get the correct angle to allow connection to the wiring harness. This is where there is a potential problem with these. When I bent the tab to make the connection, I felt the tab crack. Luckily the tab didn't break completely off, but I know for a fact that it is severely weakened, and with the vibration from the engine, it may finish breaking in the future. The engineers at ALLCSM need to fix this problem because if this tab breaks off, the entire part is rendered completely useless.

bought this ignition module using the OE number 32-584-06-S. There are many options on Amazon with this model, but many are cheap substitutes that don't match perfectly. I chose this one, and I was lucky—it looked identical to my original. After installation, the machine started smoothly and was just as reliable as the original

These parts are supposed to work on my z-turn Kohler 745, the wire is too short after installing one, they are not identical to the original parts, I will be returning them for a refund and I will find the right parts locally.

I have not tested these in action yet, but I will report back if I do. I plan to replace the old ones next spring.They appear on the surface to be the correct replacement part #.Mice and rust are often the culprits for replacing these.
