The product arrived correctly packaged to avoid damage. It tested properly when plugged in to an outlet. We will see how it survives the elements when placed in a covered outdoor setting come March. This is much better than what I received from another vendor and received no support from Amazon for an expensive bug zapper that arrived broken last summer.
