- This FAN-35T1 remote controller is manufactured by the original OEM and approved by the FCC.
- This item does Not Include a Receiver and 12V 'A23' battery, it's ONLY a FAN-35T1 remote.
- This remote have 5 buttons, 3-Speed (High/Medium/Low) and OFF for fan speed control, Light Dimmer for dimming control.
- Light dimmer just controls the brightness of the incandescent lights and dimmable LED lamps, most LED lamps and all CFL bulbs are non-dimmable, light dimmer only supports the ON/OFF function in that case, and it may cause to flicker when using the dimming function.
- If your original transmitter looks different from this remote, please purchase a complete kit with a receiver in the store.

Ceiling Fan Remote Control Replacement
This 35T1 ceiling fan remote control is a nice replacement of Harbor Breeze, Allen+Roth fan compatible remote.
Check the part number on the back of your original remote, it need to have one of the FCC ID/Model numbers listed below.

These models of remote controls are working on the same frequency(303.9MHz) and have the same function.
If this replacement works on a different frequency or programs do not match than your original remote control, it can not replace your original remote even they looks very similar.
- Please note that KUJCE9603, CHQ7202T and CHQ7202T1 May Not Be Replaced.
Due to program matching issues, some versions of these three models may not be compatible, so please be aware when purchasing.
Easy Install
If your receiver is FAN18R, FAN28R, UC7067FMRX or other compatible receiver that has the DIP switches, you need set the same DIP Codes on the transmitter and receiver.
- Look the DIP Codes inside the old remote with the battery cover off, the DIP Switches hidden behind the slot for the battery as picture shows.
- Slide the switches in the new remote to match the same pattern as the original remote.
- Replace the battery in the new remote and things should work.
If your receiver is FAN30R or other receiver without DIP switches, you need use LEARN Key to match the receiver.
Tips: use the Battery Slot Cover Opener you can easily open the battery slot.
How to use the LEARN Key
If your receiver is FAN30R, do not need to set the codes on the receiver. Please use LEARN button to match the transmitter and receiver.
To set the codes, perform the following steps:
- Remove the remote's battery cover with the Opener.
- Factory setting is all on the ON position. It is recommended not to use the default code. Please use a small screwdriver or a ball point pen to slide firmly to your choice of ON or OFF position.
- The remote's LEARN key must be pressed within 30 seconds after the fan is switched on. If not, please restart your fan.
- Keep pressing the "LEARN" button in excess of 3 seconds it becomes a learning status. The receiver can remember the last codes status. If the match is successful, the fan's light will flash three times.

The remotes that originally came with my ceiling fans with lights did not work bc the light on the remote itself kept staying on and would run the battery down so I had to remove the battery after dimming light or changing speed on fans. Secondly, the remote would not always link with the fan. Sometime if I moved around the light slowly it would finally pick up the remote and change the speed of fan or brightness of light. While I LOVE the look of our fans, the remotes are junk. We recently had an electrician out hanging new lights elsewhere in the house just to update the look. While he was here he checked the Roth + Allen fan lights and said that he usually doesn’t see a problem with them. I decided to buy two new remotes for our fans and let him set them to our existing fans. Same problem!!!! The remotes are junk! I finally had the fans set to low and lights to medium and the electrician just bypassed the remotes and hooked them to a light switch. Very disappointed in this product (remotes).

Edit: Seller refunded my purchase as it was a warehouse error. Customer service is clearly a priority to them.Product has clearly been installed and removed previously. Most of the small parts bag was empty. The battery was missing, fortunately I happened to a spare 23A battery lying around. To my surprise the product functions but I’m not sure if it’s a failed part or someone just realized their battery was dead.

This remote was a replacement for the exact remote that came with our fan. A simple adjustment to the frequency toggle inside the battery compartment and you're good to go. Battery was not included so make sure you buy one separately.

Don’t waste your money.It says it’s compatible with various remotes but even after trying the DIP switches in every position, this still didn’t work.For a refund, but the refund was short. Seller didn’t respond.
