Well i got real tired of shooting stuff with my 870 and holding a big mag lite. I live out in the sticks and have had to shoot 8 skunks and 4 coons just so far in 2018... i do alotta night time "property management" around my house. I needed a way to mount a for real weapons light (streamlight tlr1s, which i highly highly recommend also!) Onto my shotgun for hands free woods maintenance. This was the absolute perfect answer. Let me tell you i think im gonna order a few more before they realize they're giving these away at such a good price. This way exceeded my expectations, really good quality aluminum and machining. Fits a 12 gauge barrel perfectly, also would work perfectly on a 16 or 20 gauge barrel. Oh and in case you were wondering a 3" or 3 1/2" turkey shell of number 4s is the best shell you can use for all sorts of critters around the house

This accessory is really awesome. If you can attach it to any long barrel then you can attach any other attachments you want, it's very handy and quite honestly if you buy one you will probably want to buy more because of the universality.

This unit does increase the scope height to a desired level when mounted on a "black" rifle.It removes the unnecessary tilt of the neck and makes for pleasant operation.Easy to mount and acquire the target without having constantly adjust the head to the desired level.MONSTRUM is one of my go to products and I am very happy with them.
