I was looking for something to carry to my costa rica property. I had never seen this type cutter. It puts most of the weight on your back instead of in your hands. At this price, I was ok with it if it worked for a single week of work, but the quality surprised me. I'm a fan

This is a beast! Pull start is a little tough but do-able and cranks right up. Used the metal blade so far and cuts through 1" saplings and branches with no problem at all. Anxious to try the string trimmer. Only thing to be aware of the instructions did not specify which bolts fit where during assembly but we figured it out.

Received the 52cc handle model missing the 2 screws from step 3 of install steps. These hold the main “pole with a switch†to the “clutch housingâ€. Also missing 2 screws from step 14 to the orange plastic guard. Can’t easily get in touch with seller/ waiting on response from Amazon which is limited for this “special item†that can’t be returned.The instructions have pics obscured by a guy’s hand in subdued lighting and was incomplete to follow (neither manual or video showed weed eater attachment install). It also doesn’t list the parts or show screws, it just rambles out names, was horrible took hours to figure out & was almost as bad as the 6 minute silent video (bar code on back of manual takes you to YouTube - could’ve saved me 3 hours if printed on front page) primarily showing how FAST it can be assembled by seller versus slowly, explicitly showing parts and placement/ fitment for this first time assembly by the general public.If seller is reading this I’m waiting on the 4 missing screws. 2 screws that hold the orange plastic guard near the blade to the â€three-point fixing plateâ€, & 2 screws to the “pipe groove on the clutch housingâ€. I obviously can’t use this without them.

It's a fantastic weed eater honestly I'm super happy with my purchase. It's a lot more powerful than I expected too. Definitely rips through grass like it's nothing. The brush cutter works like butter as well. The only thing I don't like about this is to re-string this you need a flat screw drive or some insane hand strength. I could not push the tabs together. Other than that it's fantastic and I highly recommend to anyone.
