This is exactly what I needed! My kids and I LOVE art projects. And we have friends over too! So we needed a spot of them to dry - and this was exactly what we needed!!! Great price! Sturdy!

A pretty decent drying rack for home use or light duty use. I am a relief print maker and am also a member of our local printmaking society. We have access to our community workshop and it has multiple print drying racks in it, so I am judging this one against those professional grade racks. In a professional workshop, or in a typical school setting I do not think this rack would hold up very well to the constant use that those places have in them. Having said that, I do think this is a very nice rack to have at home and serves very nicely. professional drying racks are really expensive and are kind of overkill for home hobby printers, but this one is fairly priced and easy to assemble, plus it has a nice small footprint so it wont take up too much space. The frame feels pretty solid and the wheels roll freely, and the frame screws together tightly. The shelves are where this rack could be improved on and why I only gave it 4 stars. They are a light duty and light weight wire rack that can be bent too easily if one is not careful with them. One of the shelves had a weld broken on it, but it does not have any direct effect on the stability of the shelf, but still I would expect all welds to be complete on any product. Maybe it got broke loose during shipping or something. If you are looking to upgrade your home studio, then this is a good choice, it has plenty of shelves to hold quite a few prints.

This rack can hold a lot of paintings. It took me about 10 minutes to assemble by myself, and I checked each shelf for any imperfections. I did find a couple of rough spots on two of the shelves, but I think if I am careful they won’t be an issue. It’s a good price for what you get. I have another drying that sits sideways and only has room for like 10 paintings. This rack holds a lot more, and it holds them horizontally instead of vertically which makes me feel more comfortable placing my artwork on it. I spend many hours working on my paintings, so it’s great that I can feel confident that my paintings will be safe and sturdy. There’s just enough space in between each shelf for stretched canvases, and it can fit large paintings. I haven’t placed anything bigger than 9x12 on it just yet, but I’m sure it could hold large paintings such as 12x16 or maybe even bigger. It’s nice to look at and keeps my paintings organized for storage as well as drying. The wheels roll nicely, though I wouldn’t recommend moving it when you have paintings on it because the shelves bounce around. It has wheel locks as well, so it won’t roll around and get bumped. I definitely recommend this rack for storing art and for using it for drying paintings.

I really like the concept of this art rack, but I'm disappointed for a couple of reasons. First, the rack does not stand up straight - it is already tilting forwards, so I'm worried that some art pieces may slide off the racks. Second, the racks are rather flimsy and the spacing between them is very inconsistent. It's easy to assemble and generally looks nice, except for the leaning forward and spacing issues. At nearly $130 at the time of this review, I can't really recommend it as a good value.

It has a lot of space for a whole class worth of painted projects! I like that it's vertical so that it takes up less space. It's big enough to hold two copy papers side by side with a sliver of space at the top. The papers won't fall through because of the skeleton underneath. It was relatively simple to put together, just make sure that the first one you place on the base has two holes, it will match up. The next two have one hole, and the top one is finished on top so you know it is last. The shelves slide in easily and hold up well. It is durable for holding papers, canvases, and posters. If it is taller, it can be put on top or some shelves can be removed. It is on wheels so it can be easily moved from one spot to another, and the wheels on the back have brakes. It is lightweight when it is put together. The finish did have some scratches and chips on the frame and shelves, but since it will be covered up, it doesn't really matter.

Many of the wire shelves have several chips, I wouldn't mind so much but it very rough to the touch and could snag my artwork. Some of the shelves do not seed properly therefore they droop and lie too close together.

The drying rack is sturdy and well-built. The 36 shelves provide plenty of space. The lockable wheels make it easy to move and secure in place. The metal frame feels durable. The design is great for organizing artwork, sorting photos etc. It also works great when you're manually collating booklets and handouts. Assembly was simple and straightforward.
