They fit the walkie talkies and charged up as expected. Three days in I broke the antenna off one unit so they went in the dumpster. Can't comment on how these batteries kast.

The battery is advertised to be compatible with the Motorola T6310 series Talk Abouts, however, even though the polarity matches with the original NTN9395A, the plastic latch is not the same and the radio battery compartment cover does not close completely. The cover is prone to breaking if you were able to force it shut.

These batteries were the perfect replacement for my old batteries that came with the walkie talkies. Unfortunately, the one walkie talkie doesn't charge, regardless the battery in it. So the batteries are great if you have working equipment.
