Love these ledges and so does my beardie!! I got two for my bearded dragon, the large sized one for him to bask on and the small sized one for him to use as a stepping stone up to his large one and his hammock. The color and shape of these are really beautiful! The magnets are more than strong enough for glass terrariums, however they are not nearly as strong with my new Zen Habitats enclosure which has thin bamboo walls. They still work, but I do wish they had an option for stronger magnets for those of us who aren’t putting them on glass. Also, they are made of a very lightweight foam, so while they aren’t too difficult to clean, it’s not a smooth nonporous surface. Make sure you run them under warm soapy water before first use to rinse off any residual crumbs on the foam before putting them in your enclosure for the first time, and watch out for any small metal burrs on the magnet! One of the magnets gave me splinters, but all the others were fine.

My Chinese Water Dragon feels like king of the world perched on his rock ledge which holds strong for him. I have never had it slip even when he jumps from the floor of the aquarium onto the ledge, but it's not so strong that it's difficult to move. I have the ledge in a 55 gallon aquarium and it is great that it can easily be removed to clean it or if I decide to rearrange the habitat. The water dragon loves to use this as a high dive as well. If anyone has problems with it slipping my suggestion is to make sure your glass is thoroughly cleaned and dried. I'm so glad I made this purchase and I plan to buy another one soon.

I purchased this for my 9 month old ball python. Overall it is a pretty good product and a great idea. There are some negatives. The description says for pets up to 2lbs. I don't see how this is possible. Slight pressure will cause it to fall. My juvenile python is safe on it (and loves it) but he won't be able to use it much longer. He is about 500 grams (1.1 lbs). On the packaging it says "World's Strongest Magnets" this claim is completely absurd. I have a tire pressure sensor re-learn magnet on my fridge that is 10x stronger, I'm going to buy another one and see if Apache can get a few more months out of this ledge before I pass it on to a younger python. Also you should know that it is made of very light foam- great for snakes but the claws of a large lizard (like the beardie picture) would probably destroy it. Positives; it looks awesome. Looks like rock and is huge. Matches any decor. Slightly rough texture so a snake is unlikely to slip off. The big pro is that unlike the ledges you silicon to the glass this can be used immediately (non-toxic) and can be moved around. I would purchase this again and would recommend it. If the magnets were stronger or the description more realistic I would have given five stars.

Wow great quality and bigger than expected. the magnets are super strong but i added some 3m tape to be 100% safe. i will buy another ledge they look great and very nice quality.

Not impressed with these at all. They aren't sturdy, and my bearded dragond have clawed them up, which makes a mess. Difficult to clean because they are porous. One of them doesn't even stay up because the magnets/goop they put on them are not even.

Purchased this for my bearded dragon and she loves it definitely going to repurchase for my other reptiles. Texture of product feels kinda funny but other than that it's great, strong powerful magnets.

I have an adult bearded dragon and every time he climbed on this ledge, it fell. The magnets were located on the bottom edge and it definitely needed at least one magnet on the top edge to give it more support.

I'm so disappointed in this, my beardie keeps slipping off of this thing. She can leap really high and I've never seen her fall off anything, but it's like her claws can't grip the weird foamy texture and she falls right off. The magnets are not strong enough to hold it up, I was also only able to get it to stay up when I cut an exact hole for it in my 2 inch thick foam background.EDIT: Giving it two more stars because the seller gave me a refund.
