The upgraded design on385311462 and 385310677 rv toilet seal reflects in the heavy duty teflon disk that with raised groove aligns match up for the black seal to prevent shifting of seals during installation
Turn off the water switch. Press the flush pedal to drain the toilet
Remove the bottom cover
Remove the stainless steel bar, remove the plastic half-clamp and attach the porcelain plastic base
Tilt the porcelain bowl forward and grasp the spoiler on the back of the toilet and pull it out of the toilet. Set the toilet aside
Place the large plastic disc on top of the thin seal, through the thin seal that projects from the center of the large disc.
Place the seal and disc on top of the flush ball, place the porcelain back into the toilet base with the slot aligned with the pin on the base and align the toilet outlet with the flush ball. Vacuum breaker inserted into the back toilet and pushed into the rubber seal
Reinstall the plastic half-clamp under the loose steel band, tighten the stainless steel clamp, then reinstall the base cover and turn on the water

Worked out great.No leaks installed for over a week.The price was a deal for the smell we were having in the Rv toilet.We dealt with for months not knowing it was just the seal.

Only complaint is no instructions, replaced the way the old one was installed and it was in upside down had to remove toilet and flip around. Since the original was in incorrectly and no instructions I had to do a second time. Might want to include instructions.

I have a landsea RV toilet, older model. Remove the ring, replacement fit perfectly. Was completed in about 15 min. Quick and easy.

I would have to say some instructions would be nice, did quick static water test and it seemed to be holding water. I will reinstall toilet tomorrow and give it a more thorough test. Ok, So I installed this setup and unfortunately it won't work on my unit. My traveler 510 is an older unit and this kit won't compress enough to get both halves of the retaining ring to seat fully. I tried multiple times and come to find out that there is a third setup that is what I have. So this is a good unit but does not fit all.

This seal only lasted a month. Toilet leaking water from the bowl to tank in a few minutes. Poor quality rubber!
