This truly is a "digital clock sundial"! I had first seen the concept of one of these on the Internet many years ago, but that one was bronze and quite expensive. It's a very clever design: The sun shining through the holes in it makes dots that create digits showing the time.This one is a decent quality FDM 3D printer part, and seems to work well. (I can't fully test it in place right now, since my deck is being rebuilt...) If I had a 3D printer, I might print one of my own, but it's a decently challenging and fiddly part, so I expect you could try a few times before getting it right. Although I got this free as a Vine reviewer, the price seems reasonable to me.If correctly aligned, it gives you a digital readout of the time updated at 10 minute intervals. My only concern about this product is how well the 3D printing filament used will hold up under prolonged UV exposure - we'll just have to see on that count, but this is a useful sundial that is also a great conversation piece for your yard or garden.

This is a novelty...no hope of poaching eggs with it...20 minute intervals, and is really cool to watch work...though that is only every 20 minutes between 10 and 4. My only real gripe was that a nut meant to be affixed to the unit came loose during tightening, so I had to glue some parts together (and my package just assumed you knew how to put it together). Luckily I had my link to this seller webpage, and could inspect the item to ensure I was orienting everything correctly. All-in-all, it a fun concept that will amaze many folks, so the cost and construction was worth it. If I have any longevity issues, I will update my review, but for now, considering price-point...I do recommend.

This sundial is awesome I did not think that it would do what it said it did when I first saw it so I just had to try it I've been just interested in getting a sundial to teach my kids how they used until time so when our came across this one I had to pick it up, I had my doubts at first but as you can tell in the pictures it does what it says it's awesome

Typical chinese garbage designed to get us Americans to purchase under the assumption that there is something behind it. Yes, you can move it into an angle where after some time you can maybe read some sort of time scale but its something you will set up and then throw in the garbage. Worthless

The sun dial is durable and easy to put together. It looks really good as well. It’s smaller and doesn’t take up a lot of space. It is durable.

This little sundial is a novelty and not really all that useful since it is fairly limited on time shown and honestly pretty hard to read. but it does work, and it is fun and from my limited winter testing, it is accurate. I really appreciate that the seller credited the creator of this 3-D print. It is sturdy, it does require a specialized tool to assemble and adjust, so be careful not to lose it, since I have no idea how to replace it!

This Sundial gives you the best of both worlds - novelty of using sunlight and shadow to tell time, but ease and clarity of a digital clock.Easy instructions to follow for assembly, and easy to align and set it up. Great clock all in all.
