This machine does exactly as described and I was very excited to have received the product. However, after the first use it has started squeaking (loudly) while in use. Which makes it annoying to use. I am well under the weight limit so that is no a concern. It was easy to put together though and arrived very quickly. The additional exercise bands and instructions are nice but it is hard to use/utilize with all the squeaking.

It's very convenient you can read while you sit you can feel the burn even when you are sitting so that let me know this going to be a game change for me. Thanks,the only thing I did not get my remote please point me to get this resolved.

I have been using my vibration plate for a week now and I love it. I suffer from lymphedema and lipedema, so this is a necessity in keeping my lymph moving. I look forward to the weeks to come.
