I’ve bought 3 things from you guys and nothing works. Over $1000 to try to warm my water so my fish can swim around and maybe eat a little. I have several hours in tryin to get this system working and 3 trips from my election to make sure I had correct power sourceAnd all I want is a call from whoever is responsible for this equipment so I can somehow get a system to work. Kinda weird I bought 3 things from these guys and none of em work. I’m to the point of goin back to Walmart and the other ahitholes in town

I ordered this heater based on the fact that I thought it came with a circulating pump The product name says "Work With 0.75KW Circulating Pump" which I understand now their intended to say it "works with" an external circulating pump. I was hoping for a heater/water pump that could be used stand alone but it turns out that it needs to be part of a larger system. The fact that the pump doesn't include a plug means that you can wire it into a separate controller to turn on the heater and your circulating pump at the same time. The heater is compact and lightweight and can be fit into a place where there isn't a lot of room.Overall satisfied with the "3KW 110V No Plug Mini Swimming Pool Heater Work With 0.75KW Circulating Pump For Up to 2000gallons 8/11 Foot Pools,Electric Water Heater Thermostat SPA Bath Heater,Needs 30A GFCI".

Received and never worked. Have to put your own plug on and it was a little janky.

This has a number of requirements:This is 110v, but requires a 30 AMP circuit (presumably a dedicated circuit). The circuit must be GFCI (technically I suppose you could use a non-GFCI circuit, none of the older pools have this, but it wouldn't be code). This is hard wired, no plug. Also it must be a 3/4 HP pump, it will not work on a pump smaller than that. That's probably normal for a hot tub with jets, but that's a larger pump than most 2,000 gallon pools would have (normal would usually be 1/4 HP).So double check all your specs prior to ordering. My guess is that most situations would require an electrician or an update to your house electricity to install this. As a drop-in replacement, however, this seems like a great option.

Approximately 15 minutes are needed to heat water in a five-gallon paint bucket. It's important to unplug the device before checking the water temperature unless you have a temperature sensor. Note that it doesn't have an automatic shut-off feature; it will continue heating until unplugged.

Install is straight forward. Heated up a few degrees. I found a tankless water heater with a small recirculation pump works alot better. Guess it depends on the size, ambient temp, and desired temp. Overall the heater works as advertised it comes down to your needs
