I use these on my bench polisher to remove tarnish and rust from metal pieces, mostly motorcycle parts and old tools. This seller had the absolute best price for these as others seem to think they are gold or silver.

I used it to remove the clear coat and restore some lightly corroded aluminum parts. It works very well and produces nice satin finish. It, however, wears out relatively fast and leaving fluffy edges. Overall, it's a good disc.

Super. Takes off top layer of corrosion on cast aluminum without making deep scratches. Easy to polish afterwards. Right piece is lightly cleaned with this pad. Left one is similar piece untreated.
