I bought the griddle cleaning kit from Wolf for an astronomical price. These are the exact same sponges at a fraction of the cost. They work exceptionally well, along with the griddle cleaner.

these work great with water (to generate steam) when using on the grill. Must get the handle they sell to keep your hands away from the hot grill.
