Worked fine for about a month. Then arbitrarily shorted out, smoked and nearly caused a fire in my truck. Only load was the mini starlink. No other devices connected. No change in position. It just shorted out

I powered my starlink mini with this for about an hour so far with my homebuilt battery pack. It works. I'm not sure how accurate the voltage meter is. I'll do a check and maybe do an update for this review.

I bought this in hopes to power my starlink mini but it is not that good of quality. It worked for about 2 hours and then the end of it got to hot and melted. I woild not purchase this for use with a starlink mini.

This cable works really well. I love that it has the voltage on it which helps with keeping an eye on the starlink voltage before it cuts off. Only one small issue is the round cap on the end is too weak and strips out. I had to put a small ring of electrical tape to hold it together. in one instance, the small plastic washer came off in the 12v port and was a pain to get out. But still very nice, just be careful with the tip.

So, I was excited to try this “Starlink Mini DC Power Cable,†thinking it would keep my satellite setup running smoothly during my road trips. Little did I know, this thing had its own hot takes. Literally.First plug-in: seemed fine. Second plug-in: it started glowing like it was auditioning for the next Avengers movie. By the third use, it tried to outshine my Tesla’s headlights—with smoke signals included! My Tesla Model S barely escaped turning into a barbecue-on-wheels. The smell? Let’s just say “crispy electrical fire†isn’t the new-car smell I signed up for.The “digital display†was more like a countdown to chaos. For $35.99, I at least expected it not to audition for the fireworks industry. Avoid unless you enjoy living life on the edge… of combustion.

Given the looks of it when I first received it, it looked like it was high quality. I’ve been using it for over a week in my semi and I noticed that the Starlink mini kept losing voltage. After inspecting the end of the plug was completely melted off and Head fell off into the 12 V outlet.Buyer beware….

A nice adapter, however the cover plate (the display cover with the cutouts for the USB-A and C outlets) is not secured well and it keeps coming off the unit.

Did not run my Starlink. The ac plug and cord ran my mini fine. When using this cord it did not get enough power.
