The FITDVR device is exactly as advertised. The product was delivered on time. I have a Mazda MX5 ND3. I connected the product to my radar detector and Wolfbox G900 Pro. Recommend getting additional accessory cables. The cables that come with the FITDVR are a little too short. This limited placement. , I recommend getting Six inches cables with ann elbow (90 degree turn) instead of the three inch cables that come with it. Overall this product is five stars in my opinion.

I didn't want to fuse tap or run wires around all the air bags pillars of the wife's brand new car and this little thing was the perfect solution. I saw a review on Youtube and assumed it was too god to be true. Its not. It works exactly as described. Clean, elegant solution for installing a dash cam without removing plastic panels or running wires through the firewall. Worked so well I installed dash cams in all out cars with this FitDVR. Highly recommended.

Perfect to hide those long ugly wires for dash cams and radar detectors. Have a cobra radar detector and a vantrue dashcam and hid the wire perfectly!! Although does not provide 24/7 power to hardwire a dashcam. Great kit!!

Although marked as compatible with Subaru Outback, late model Outbacks use a 10 pin connector ... not this one. Instead I found the Lexus compatible 10 pin connector to auto- dimming mirror to be the correct match.

Bought this to add to a 2017 Nissan Armada. Easy to install, just plug it in and it works.

I absolutely love this FitDVR thing. I love that I don’t have to have a long USB cable running to my cigarette lighter but instead I can use the power from my rear view mirror compass to help modernize my 20 year old car! Perfect for my old Subaru!

I was hesitant at first to purchase this as I did not see my model year on the compatibility list, but I noticed my rear view mirror had the exact same connector so I figured it was worth a shot. Installation was very simple and it ended up working perfectly for my2008 Infiniti M35X with a Vantrue N4 Pro. I like how easily it hides away and makes the wiring more minimalistic overall. The tiny LCD screen is great for seeing power consumption, but is also not distracting at night. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a simple way to power your dash cam and not have to deal with routing wires through your car.
