I’m able to make dough for 5 to 6 sourdough loaves in each of these containers! They are perfect for a small, home bakery that doesn’t have a commercial mixer.

These are great totes and the right size for our need but just an FYI, the lids just sit on top, they don’t have any closure device to hold them on.

These are great quality! I however used them as nesting boxes in my Chicken 📠coop. But can say they have held up well and are easy to clean!

These bins seem to be sturdy and the size is excellent. The only disappointment, and I’ve only just begun using them, is that the lids do not snap on. The lids simply sit on top.

I purchased these bins for a bakery and let me tell you they are super thin and very cheap feeling. You can find better quality at a dollar store.
