Wired these in on a couple of my old vehicles that dont have head light buzzers to let you know you left them on when you turn your vehicle off. Had to tape over the buzzer holes to quiet them down (they are loud) to inform me when I left my lights on. Sound is great now & Worked like a charm! Hooked the red wire to a fuse that energized with the headlights and the black wire to a fuse that energized with the ignition. Thats it.

Used one for CW practice keyer. Used 9 volt battery and it was plenty loud. Could have hooked another 9 volt but would have been too loud I think

I'm using this for a low oil pressure alert in my vehicle. It is very loud and can easily be heard over the engine sound. Has a nice tone as well ;-) Perfect!

It could be a little louder but overallthe volume is good. I used it as trip cord alarms for airsoft games.

I got my order and tested all of the buzzers immediately with a 9 volt battery. One was dead on arrival, and the other two worked but one had a slightly different sound. I returned them for a replacement and those came in good working order. I'm glad I tested them because after reading several reviews this problem (DOA) is pretty common.

I expected that the "buzzers" would be too loud from the description, but they were perfect for my application, which was as engine alarms for overtemp & low oil pressure alarms. They are just getting perfect loudness for a marine diesel engine

All three ordered work great. I'm surprised by other reviews saying these are not very loud, well the ones I got are loud. I'll probably need to add a resistor or a voltage divider to tame the sound output ( Not complaining ).
