I’m a recreational crabber, and these are pretty cool. They’re simple to clip on and do a better job than just tying the rope to one corner. Good quality, too.

Man, this gadget saved me from DIY despair. I was trying so hard to build this exact thing symmetrically so it would be balanced properly (and also making sure my knots were reliable, since there are a total of five involved here) when I saw this and snatched it. It's exactly what was needed. I crab off my paddleboard, and a well-balanced pot when putting and pulling is super important — especially since sometimes I even have to throw it over / around my 105-lb dog. This keeps your pot from tipping or releasing crab when you bring er up TEEMING with crab ;)
