Needed something to keep my toddlers from going inside the baby’s room with their grubby nasty hands. They are to smart for child safety knobs. I got these because I can install them high enough without them reaching and I can hear if they are pushing a chair to the door and stop them. Hoping they work because I haven’t installed them yet.

This is a substantial screen door size hook and we are pleased with the performance. We love the appearance and security it gives when we leave the room. The ease of use is like a cheap hook, but the sturdiness is unsurpassed. If you want plastic or cork bumpers on your screen door to lessen the door banging in and out, be sure to install those first before the hook so it’s the right distance between the hook and the loop. The hook is nearly impossible to bend.

These are awesome!! I initially bought these accidentally not reading the product specs thoroughly. They are bigger and bulkier that I thought they would be. This is one of those mistakes I'm glad I made. These are very heavy duty and look great. I just bought 2 more and have plans to buy more in the future.
