This is a great way to replace the bipin cfl bulbs in your fixtures and standardize on a screw in led bulb. I was looking for bipin LED bulbs when I found these, a much better choice!

You do not get anywhere near 10,000 hours from the "new energy saving bulbs" and you do not get near the light as with incandescent lights. Covert back and it is brighter and cheaper.
