Note: This carbon monoxide alarm in normal working conditions, the screen is blank and does not light up, but the green light will blink (blinking once every 60 seconds)!

- 3. Align the back plate and install this carbon monoxide detector

Under a normal working status: the green (Power) lights will flash once every 60s.

LCD will show the numbers, red LED flashes with alarm beep.

When I tested the alarm, it was loud which is great! I haven’t mounted it yet so I can’t comment on how easy it is to install, but it comes with everything you need and instructions. I love that it takes AA batteries! Good value!

This works just as it should for smoke! I don’t have a way to test the co2, but that’s ok. I was thrilled to find such a lightweight unit that even included the batteries! Was quick to mount (hardware included) and has already tripped after one tuna searing session! Love it!

Currently using this for the basement, kitchen, living room, and 2nd floor. Alarm is pretty loud. Full house coverage for $66 is inexpensive. Will update if anything happens.

They are nice and came with everything ready to install. I hope they never have to work, but they are there. Should I need them too?

I have lot of propaine appliances in my house and also 2 wood stove for heat. I wanted have a few CO2 dector for safety. The alarm went off once and it was nice and loud. It's easy to install and works great.

The green LED blinks every 30 seconds. So if you have this anywhere in your house that you might be close to for extended periods of time, it'll drive you a little nuts.

Replaceable battery, easy install. Time will tell how effective this unit is. It’s handy to have both monoxide and smoke in the same detector, with a digital display on the front.
