Had to get one of these splitters for a long drive from TX to Ca, pulling a 16' Uhaul trailer with a 4runner, and an aftermarket swingout hitch/tire carrier that has a license plate + light relocation mount. So this plate kit needed a 4 pin trailer plug as well as the Uhaul trailer. This splitter worked as expected.

This connector allows me to connect both my Lighted Bumpstep and my extra backup lights without running more wires underneath the vehicle. It works well and very easy to install. It will work with any thing that uses the 4pin trailer connector. Excellent!!!

We wanted this so we could use the lights on out toe dolly and a set of magnetic lights placed on the back of the toe car without having to splice any wires together. Works fantastic.
