I purchased this because I wanted to go as big as I could with my small solar array. I have a 1 HP well pump, a plug-in hybrid vehicle, and some outbuildings that need fans/lights. I've run this inverter for almost a year, and it has performed great, even in the hot summer. I regularly run the well pump while charging the car (level 1 charger, 14 amps) and it's no problem. I also run a clothes washer at times so we can wash clothes and pump water on green power. What I like most about this inverter are the following:1. Power is clean. It's just as good as street power.2. The inverter is compact. For the wattage, this was the most-compact inverter I found on Amazon at 24.3. It is thoughtfully designed. The display, lugs, and plugs are all at one end and easily read and accessible in my enclosure (it is mounted, along with the charge controllers, breakers, etc. in a weatherproof panel). The 24V connections at the other end are laid-out to easily attach the provided cables, which are of a configuration and size that they take up as little room as possible. The lugs allow me to have a 30A main circuit to my 110V breaker box, giving me the ability to run multiple 20A circuits from there.4. It stays cool with the included fans, which really don't run that hard unless I'm really drawing a lot of current. Given that it's in an enclosure out at my array, I never even hear it.Fantastic product, I will probably buy another one if I can support it with an array expansion.

Great product. No issues. Just running. It's my second one I installed with another solar system.

I bought this back in July 2024, so it been almost six months. So far it is definitely doing its job. I haven't pushed it past it normal 4000 watts, it says it can take a 8000 watt spike. I live in my RV full time though so it see a lot of usage and it hasn't slipped up yet. I've run my 1500w air fryer, 400w rice cooker, my gaming PC, and a mini fridge. As well as some small chargers and stuff. It handles it all just fine. Fan comes on mostly on for big inductive loads, like the air fryer. Not too loud, but noticeable. I have it in the living area in the under bench storage.

I'm running my apartment sized refrigerator / freezer and everything else in my house, swamp cooler, 1100-watt microwave, etc. Everything except 20-gallon water heater and shallow well pump. It's looking very promising at this point as it has performed flawlessly with everything I've plugged into it!Thanks, JARXIOKE!I'm buying another one soon! What a pleasure to find a company that still builds a quality product at a very reasonable price and delivers what they advertise! 5 STARSOne month use update... This little inverter just keeps on amazing me! I'm so impressed I just bought another one! Connected it to the Bus Bar this morning and plugged a box fan in for initial test run.All is A-OK! This inverter will be a side by side set up with one inverter powering most of the house, and the 2nd one just wired to the 20-gallon 2000-watt Hot Water heater and Irrigation pump for the Orchard / garden area. Now all I need is #3 for a back up!PS please don't buy them all so availability will not run dry.One Happy Camper!

I'm using this with a medium sized home solar system with a 200ah lithium battery, an 80-amp controller and 960 watts of solar power. So far it's running great! I can run my Durango window swamp cooler, dishwasher, washing machine, gas dryer, carpet cleaning machine, all my small kitchen electrics, including my 1800-watt countertop air fryer oven, as well as my TV, google home device, surround sound, security system, Aerogarden, small led plant lights, etc., all without a hiccup, but not all at the same time of course. The fan is a little loud but it really only goes on when I run the air fryer. The only problem I've had is that a couple of times I've gotten the over-voltage warning even though neither the inverter nor the controller indicate there actually is an over voltage situation. When that's happened, I just turn the inverter off then immediately turn it back on, and everything is fine, although an inconvenience since some appliances then have to be reset. It's happened maybe three times over the 2 months or so I've had the inverter. It's a bit concerning but hopefully it's nothing to worry about. Another thing is the battery voltage reading is always a few tenths less than what the controller says. So if the controller say 13.3v, the inverter will say 13.1v. Not sure why but I'm not too concerned about it. So, so far I love this thing and compared to other better-known-brand inverters, the price can't be beat. I'm crossing my fingers this thing lasts for years.

For my sailboat I got an oversized inverter on purpose. My thinking was if you get one perfectly sized and no more then it will one day shut down from that extra amp you are trying to draw. Yes they reset but I thought if it never got close to overload it would be more rugged. This has been the result so far 1 1/2 years later. Buy the next size bigger than you think you need. On the water it's hard to replace and you won't care how much you originally paid.
