I purchased this to use to clean my solar panels as we have a lot of dust where I live, especially in the summer where we get dust storms during the monsoon season that are many times not followed by rain. Dust on the panels can cause a drop in the electricity that is produced and local companies charge a lot of money ($150-$300 a visit) to come and clean your panels. I am impressed with the fact that the pole itself expands nicely and does not bend much at all, even with it fully extended. I have a regularly pitched roof and, after getting up a few steps on a ladder, can reach all of my panels. I spray them down with water, then run the microfiber head over the top glass to clean them all off. You can turn the head over and use the squeegee if you need to; however, I've found that, for now, unnecessary. The pole stays steady and is easy to control strictly because it doesn't bend like many others do. This allows you to clean them yourself without the possibility of damage to the panels and save a lot over what 'Solar Panel' cleaning companies charge. My only minor gripe is that you cannot just purchase the microfiber cover, you need to buy an entire replacement head, including the cover. I contacted the company and they got right back to me saying they would tell higher ups about the request and agreed that it was a good idea as I wanted to be able to have one on the pole and another getting washed so I could swap them out. I haven't tried it for super high windows but do have two windows that are higher up on my one story that I no longer have to get a ladder to clean. Great product and recommended!

I ordered this because my windows are filthy outside and, even though they are casement windows that open up to clean, I decided to try thisI filled a 5-gallon bucket of hot water with a small amount of Dawn dish soap and went to work. At first I thought the width of the top was too small but it fits perfectly in the bucketI washed 2 story windows with ease and they look amazing!I love how the poke extends in two places and slides back down with ease. You have to get the hang of the angles to swipe depending on where you are standing. For most windows, I squeegeed down, but for a few, I went across horizontally in rows.I highly recommend this tool. It's durable and did a great job! I just threw the cover in the washer and it looks new!

I got the 12’ pole and it bends about 12†or more when fully extended. It feels as strong as they could probably make it for the light weight but prepare for that. I would bet the longer poles are dramatically worse. The window washer makes it a lot faster to clean windows but it is very difficult to get them spotless.

Light weight yet really sturdy does not bend like others I've had. Easy to extend and retract. Reaches our second story window with ease. Cleaning pad and squeegee easy to turn to get good positioning on widow for cleaning. Good product to buy!

In the last 10 years, I have written less than10 reviews. This product truly deserves one.Brilliantly designed, the product is built to last. Work wonderfully and only after you clean the hard to reach windows, you realize what you have been missing for so many years. The fact that part of the profits are donated to a charity that cleans homes for Cancer patients make purchasing this product even more rewarding.Strongly recommended.

I bought the 30 foot version of this pole to be able to reach a couple of fixed pane second story windows. Extends easily, locks securely and despite being a bit on the heavy side, I was able to wash and squeegee the windows fairly easily. Just for reference, I’m a relatively average height, 55+ year old female with absolutely no special abilities and average to lower upper body strength and I was able to maneuver it pretty easily. After 4 windows my arms were pretty tired though!I have a bunch of mop heads, broom heads, paint rollers, etc and I am pleased that all of them fit the threads on the extension pole - even a Dollar Tree mop head fit!I also bought a light bulb changer head which hasn’t arrived yet but I can hardly wait to change the burned out flood light on my second story eaves! Very pleased with this purchase!

The extension handle seems to be of good quality. It’s solid and sturdy and has a good range. I will say that I might’ve gotten away with the shorter version, but I’m short and my windows are above my head. It’s awkward trying to maneuver once it gets very high, but I was able to get them mostly cleaned.The head with the squeegee is of much lesser quality. It’s plastic and comes unscrewed from the pole easily. Be very careful because if the rubber isn’t sitting on the window properly you will scratch your windows. I did.The angle is the problem, it only works if the angle is perfect, otherwise it either skips or scratches the window.

Great lightweight pole. The scrub part works well. Just not able to get the squizie to clean right to the bottom of the window on the second story when using it from the ground. But it works good
