Being a full time RVer our toilets get alot of use especially with 3 kids but I have now bought this product 3 times and all of them broke, the most recent broke after 1 use, at first I thought it was my daughter being careless but this most recent broke while my husband was filling the toilet. The plastic is extremely brittle.

In my opinion this part should be made out of aluminum since it's such a high stress part and can break easily. But the customer service is great.

Being full time traveling in our RV puts added wear and tear on many things. The toilet especially!2.5 years and the toilet finally broke the most important piece, the dump valve. Ordered this piece and when it arrived I installed the gasket that came with the main piece. Thanks for a great product. Works just like new!

I order this replacement part because the waste gate arm broke. It is a very easy part to replace. I swapped out the old with the new. Flushed the toilet to ops check with my hand not my foot and the first flush good. The second flush again with my hand it broke just like the first one. I didn't even push it down very hard.
