My Toto toilet is so much better than other toilets I have had, in spite of the ratings. Maybe it is the model I got. This part does its job.

OEM part for OEM quality. Fixed the issue we had with the old one (cracked). Could not find a proper replacement in a local store due to the thread direction. Don’t mess around, just get this part.

Works perfectly on a Toto toilet. Price seems absurdly high, but it was worth paying. But the original that broke was only 5 years old!

Very brittle plastic, it breaks easy, over priced. Get a stainless 5/8 - 18 jam nut (same thread as 9AU038) and it will last forever. Jam nuts are $12 for 4 on Amazon.

I bought this because ours broke. Wanted to replace with a metal nut so would never have to replace it again. I was willing to pay the steep price if it was metal as advertised but it is plastic. You can buy a whole new lever for less.
