Got this light for a bedroom fan, and this only light for the room. I order the 4 inch with 5000k by mistake. Thought I was buying 9 inch with 6500k. Well it was good mistake. This light on the high setting works great in my room giving plenty of lighting. Once set on this setting no issue with it having to reset to high setting each time turning on the light. I turn this light on and off multiple times throughout the day.

Didn’t realize when I purchased, but you are going to have to wire the new one in. I just cut off the old connectors, spliced it and it works perfect.

My new hunter 60" ceiling fan (CC5C26C36) came with a light that had a very yellow color temp. We did not like that at all and so I thought I'd try replacing it with this. This light didn't mount in it perfectly because the holes were slightly off. I got it working easy, added thermal paste to the back of it, and wired it up. It works perfectly, is slightly brighter than stock, and is a white color temp which we like much more. I'll update this review if longevity isn't good but I expect it'll be fine.

First, I have to use this platform to ask a question: Why are the nicest looking ceiling fans always saddled with the most anemic lighting imaginable?I've asked myself that question for years, never really noticing I could buy LED replacement kits like this one. This HAOLEDI 4-inch kit didn't really quite fit my light. It had the hole in the center that fit the post to which the glass dish is affixed, but my ceiling fan didn't have the correct screws for locking it in place. If you buy one of these, that's one thing you're going to want to check.I ended up using a combination of metal spacers and locking ties to affix it to the post, and it locked in place perfectly. But I also had to splice the wire on this replacement light into the wiring of the ceiling fan light. It's be nice if this kit came with some sort of universal connectors, or, better, maybe with a connector that screws into a standard candelabra bulb base. It would make for a nearly tool-free installation. All that said, I'm still quite satisfied. So is my wife. It easily doubled the light output -- maybe more -- of the ceiling fan.One last issue: The listing said this was dimmable, but, at least in my fan, it's not. Your mileage may vary. In the end, I don't care; I just wanted brighter and have no need to dim.

Although package came super fast didn’t fit our fan. But was super impressed on how the company felt with our return.

I was a little concerned before I actually opened the package but honestly, my wife and I did this together (that can be more difficult than the actual job :)) without ANY problem. I needed to strip the wires so they would fit in the splicer but was easy peasy. Highly recommend this product.
